Services are only available within the Maputo province (Namaacha, Ressano, Garcia, Moamba, Boane) as well as metro areas (Maputo, Matola, Xai-Xai and Inhambane). The service is limited to a 40 Km radius, the cost of any additional distances will be for the members account.

No, only the covered vehicle will be towed. We will endeavor to assist with the towing of the trailered vehicle but the main responsibility is to the covered vehicle and its occupancy.  Cargo however is not covered at all and remains the responsibility of the member.

Services rendered are only extended to the members vehicle.

A faulty immobilizer is not covered, cover will also not be extended to events pertaining to lost or stolen keys as well as stolen and recovered vehicles.

The service provider will first assess the vehicle and where possible minor running repairs will be carried out on the side of the road. Where this is not possible the covered vehicle will be towed to the nearest place of repair or franchised dealership.

Yes, the service provider will come out to jump start your vehicle, if a new battery is required, the member will be responsible for the costs of a new battery.

The service provider will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest place of repair, the same applies if the member does not have a spare tyre. Should only one tyre be damaged and the member has a spare tyre, the service provider will change the tyre.

There is no limit to the amount of times that you can claim. The maximum fuel that can be transported to the member’s location is 20L. The member will be charged for the fuel at prevailing rates.
