The value-added services that make up the Auto Assist offering includes Medical Assist, Roadside Assist, Legal assist, Accident Assist* and Accommodation Advice. Auto Assist offers you, peace of mind should you be faced with a crisis while on the road, or at home. The services that Auto Club provide are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our friendly, professional call center personnel are well trained and on standby to deal with any emergency.

*Accident Assist is an exciting new service that can detect if your vehicle has been involved in a collision. It does require the installation of a tracking device by one of our partners, Cartrack. A special deal applies. This feature will not only identify that your car may have been involved in an accident, but will also enable us to establish your vehicle’s location and to dispatch the required emergency services.

Whether you’re travelling long distance or just down the road, Auto Assist gives added levels of security and peace of mind to your journey. We have a brand-new feature called Accident Assist, that can detect if you have been involved in an accident. Our trained call center agents are able to arrange for an ambulance or evacuation, by passing on any relevant medical information to the paramedics at the scene, verify medical details and medical aid status, and notify a family member or next-of-kin of your situation. Auto Club will always be there for you, that is our promise.

One of our friendly, experience agents will give you a call to give you more detailed information about the Auto Assist service, including terms and conditions and pricing. An activation SMS will be sent to you with a link to download the Auto Assist App – you will also receive a USSD code so that you can access the service should you not own a smartphone. At this point, you will become an active member of Auto Club. Congratulations!

No smartphone? No problem! Just dial the USSD code provided in your activation SMS and follow the prompts. Members that have smartphones can download the Auto Assist App from the relevant App stores. Once you have accessed the Auto Assist App, simply log in with your user name and password, provided to you – the services available to you will be displayed.
